Marsj (brass band)
Marsj is heavily inspired by the many new musical experiences I met through the first few months when moving to Norway in 2009. In particular, I refer to the amazing experiences I have had with school bands and the piece is dedicated to them and underlining the love I have grown for Norway.
Marsj is Norwegian folk music and should be played with joy and eagerness. The piece was written as testpiece for the Aalborg Music Competition in May 2010.
